Kinnari – Children and Adolescent Therapy
Children and Adolescent Therapy involves working with young individuals (ages six and older) in a supportive and empowering manner, aiming to assist them in learning new and adaptive strategies to cope with their challenges and develop healthier relationships with others. This therapeutic approach recognizes the unique needs and developmental stages of children and teens, addressing their emotional and behavioral needs through tailored interventions such as children behavioral therapy. In addition to individual sessions, adolescent group therapy provides a collaborative space for teens to
connect and learn from peers facing similar challenges. By incorporating methods specific to adolescent therapy and children therapy, young individuals learn to navigate their emotions, behaviors, and interactions effectively. Through this approach, children and teens can build resilience, enhance self- esteem, develop problem-solving skills, and establish more positive and fulfilling connections with peers, family, and the broader world around them.
