My name is Marti Delgado, and my passion is helping others find balance within their lives . As part of my educational background, I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio as well as a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University. Since I began practicing therapy more than five years ago, I have furthered my knowledge and gained experience in the field. In the past few years, I have accrued supervised hours working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and interpersonal experience.

Zoe Adelaja, MS (LMSW)

I have always has a passion for helping improve the lives of others. After completing an undergraduate degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland, School of public health, I decided to pursue a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the Howard University, School of Social Work.

I have over five years of experience with Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma related issues. I am very passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families better their emotional health and feel better about making more positive improvements in their overall life. I continue to improve my approach by meeting my clients where they are and helping them along their journeys to where they see themselves. I am a great listener, empathetic, and client-focused.

Through my use of evidence-based practices, motivational interviewing, empowerment techniques, and the strength-based perspective, I am here as a safe space to help you on your journey.

Dr. Chrissie Young

Dr. Chrissie Young, Psy.D., is a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology in clinical psychology from Adler University, Chicago. In conjunction with Elvive Psychological Services, Dr. Young currently provides a range of mental health services in a correctional setting in North Texas with an ethnically and culturally diverse sample of incarcerated adults. Dr. Young works with various disorders (mood, substance, trauma, and personality), formulates case conceptualizations based on evidence-based theoretical orientations, and collaboratively works with patients to devise an individual treatment plan. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and phenomenological, as she believes that personality should be studied from the individual’s subjective experience. In her free time, Dr. Young enjoys watching documentaries, cooking, and weight training in the gym.

Ms. Arathi Jyothis, MS

Arathi Jyothis is a dedicated clinician with a MS degree in Clinical Psychology with a Neuropsychology subplan from the University of Texas at Tyler. Arathi’s professional experiences span a range of clinical and academic settings, reflecting her strong commitment to emotional well-being and community mental health. Arathi is passionate about fostering a client-centered, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Her strengths include active listening, case conceptualization, and treatment planning. She is skilled in clinical documentation, and applying evidence-based interventions tailored to clients’ individual needs. Arathi’s commitment to professional growth is further demonstrated by her completion of the AS+K Suicide Prevention Training and her ongoing pursuit of knowledge in neuropsychology and psychotherapy. With a compassionate and thoughtful approach, Arathi strives to create a supportive therapeutic space that empowers clients to heal, grow, and thrive.
