Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is known by various names, including therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling. These different names all refer to the same fundamental approach: a one-on-one therapeutic process aimed at addressing personal challenges, exploring emotions, and facilitating personal growth.
